Cosmic Items are the most desired items in the game. They are the most difficult to unlock, requiring you to defeat Rebecca in each respective sport that that item is from. Each Cosmic Item has insane abilities that allow you to win much easier against any CPU including Rebecca. Below is a list of each cosmic item and its statistics.

- Cosmic Paddle
- Cosmic Bicycle
- Cosmic Basketball
- Rebecca's Cosmic Paddle (Unobtainable) (Bait Item)
All of the following can be obtained by defeating Rebecca in their respective sport. The only unobtainable one being Rebecca's Cosmic Paddle, which is a Bait Item used to lure hackers into spawning it in. Anyone caught with this item will be banned on the spot from New Wii Sports Resort.
