Wuhu Island is a tropical island, which is the main location in Wii Sports Resort. The island debuted in Wii Fit under the name "Wii Fit Island", but the name was changed after Wii Sports Resort's release. It has since appeared in the Wii Fit series and other games.

Energy Source[]

All of the energy on Wuhu Island is supplied by a small wind farm on the South-West plateau. The windmills were introduced by Herb. All cars on the island run on electricity it supplies, making the island an eco-friendly place.

Geography of Wuhu Island[]

The island has a varied landscape, from the mountains to the beach. The main town is located to the south. To the north is the Mysterious Ancient Ruins. The South-East peninsula consists of mostly sandy beaches and a small stretch of islands. The center is a massive volcano that is active but has not erupted in 200 years.

The town in the south has accommodation for residents as well as the Bowling Alley and the Basketball Court. Other accommodations are at New Town, five minutes walk away from the town. The only hotel on Wuhu Island is the Cocoba Hotel, but there is also one on Wedge Island. Another place tourists can stay is at Cabana Lagoon in a small remote bay on the island.

Landmarks[]

The island contains 80 interesting sights which can be located during Island Flyover.
